Invite teammates

Send invites by email.

Bring recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers into your workspace so everyone works from the same pipeline.

Send an invite

1. Open Organization. 2. Choose Invite. 3. Enter their work email address. 4. Pick a role for them. 5. Send.

They get an email with a link that adds them to your organization.

Picking the right role

Give people the least access that lets them do their job. Can edit suits most recruiters and hiring managers. Can comment works well for interviewers who only need to leave feedback. Can chat is right for everyday employees who should not see the pipeline.

You can change someone's role later without re-inviting them.

Pending invites

Invited people appear in your member list marked as pending until they accept. If someone never sees the invite, ask them to check spam, then resend it. Double check the address for typos, since invites go exactly where you typed.

They already have an account

That is fine. Accepting simply adds your organization to their account. People can belong to more than one company, and they choose which one they are working in. See Switch organizations.
