Invite teammates

Invite teammates by email and assign them a role.

Invite recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers so everyone works from the same pipeline.

Send an invite

1. Open Organization. 2. Choose Invite people in the top right. 3. Enter their work email address. 4. Pick a role. 5. Send.

They receive an email with a link that adds them to your organization.

Pick a role

Give the least access that lets the person do their job.

- Can edit: most recruiters and hiring managers. - Can comment: interviewers who only leave feedback. - Can chat: everyday employees who should not see the pipeline.

See Roles and permissions. You can change a role later without re-inviting.

Pending invites

Invited people appear in the member list as pending until they accept. If someone does not see the invite, ask them to check spam, then resend it. Invites go exactly to the address you typed, so check for typos.

Existing accounts

Accepting adds your organization to their account. People can belong to more than one company and choose which one they are working in. See Switch organizations.
