Surveys overview

Ask your team or candidates questions and collect answers in one table.

Surveys let you ask a group of people a set of questions and read every answer in one place. Use them for onboarding checklists, pulse checks, exit interviews, or candidate screening.

Workflow

1. Build the questions. See Create a survey. 2. Choose who can answer. See Invite people to a survey. 3. People open the link and fill it in. 4. Read answers in the results table. See View survey responses.

The Surveys page lists your surveys and a gallery of templates. You can also reach it from Surveys under HR in the sidebar.

Keyboard navigation on the answer form

- Scroll or arrow keys: next or previous question - Enter: next question (submits on the last one) - Delete (or Backspace outside a text box): previous question - Multiple choice: Tab moves between options, Space or a click selects

In a text box, Delete and Backspace edit text as usual.

Anonymous answers

A survey can collect answers without names. Anonymous responses show as "Anonymous" in the results table. Decide before you send the link, since it affects how people answer.
