Privacy overview

How we talk about your data in plain words.

This is a plain-language summary of how your information is used in Worklittle. The full detail lives in the privacy policy.

What Worklittle holds

- Your account, such as your email address and display name - Your profile, such as your resume, desired role, and preferences - Your activity, such as jobs you saved, applications you started, and chats you had - Your organization's data, if you use Worklittle Business, such as candidates, employees, documents, and surveys

What it is used for

- Showing you jobs that match what you asked for - Filling in applications when you ask Apply with AI to help - Sending job alert emails if you turned them on - Running the employer features your organization uses

Your resume is not published to employers unless you apply to them. Some directory-style features may be limited or unavailable depending on product rollout.

Your choices

- Update or clear your profile at any time - Turn email alerts on or off in Settings - Turn Marketing measurement and Personalized marketing on or off in Privacy in Settings or Business Settings - Export or delete your account data
