When is my company charged?

On the 1st of each UTC month (if you owe at least $0.50), or sooner at $20 owed.

Usually on the 1st of each month (UTC). Usage during the month adds to amount owed. We charge the company card on the 1st of each UTC month if you owe at least $0.50, or sooner when amount owed reaches $20.

When we charge

| 1st of each UTC month | We charge amount owed if it is at least $0.50 |
| Amount owed reaches $20 | We charge that day (checked about once an hour) |
| Under $0.50 unpaid | Waits until the next charge window |

UTC means Coordinated Universal Time, not your local calendar day. Collection runs on an hourly schedule, so the charge starts on that UTC day rather than at one fixed bank time.
