Where your job shows up
A Public job appears in Worklittle job search, on the map, in job alert emails, in AI apps, and on your careers page.
When you publish a job as Public, Worklittle shows it to job seekers in several places, not only on your careers page.
Places your job appears
| Place | Who sees it | | --- | --- | | [Jobs](https://worklittle.com/jobs) search | Anyone searching by title, company, or filters | | The map on [worklittle.com](https://worklittle.com) | People browsing work near them | | Job alert emails | People whose desired role matches your job | | ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI apps | People searching through Worklittle's MCP and API | | Your careers page | Anyone with your jobs.worklittle.com link |
Visibility settings
| Setting | Who can see it | | --- | --- | | **Public** | Everyone, in all the places above | | **Unlisted** | Only people with the link | | **Private** | Nobody publicly. The job is closed to new applicants |
Change it on the job in Jobs. See Publish, close, or delete a job.
Before a job goes live
New public jobs get an automatic review for scams, fake links, and spam before they appear. A job leaves public search when you close it, stop accepting applicants, or its application deadline passes.
Get more of the right applicants
- Use a specific job title people would search for. - Add pay. Job seekers can sort and filter by salary. - Set an accurate location so the job shows on the map. See Locations, salary, and workplace. - Mark Visa sponsorship honestly so the visa filter works for you.
