Gifting credits

Buy usage credit for a friend. Unclaimed gifts refund after 30 days. Claimed credit expires after 365 days.

You can gift Worklittle usage credit to a friend. They open the claim link, pick which Worklittle account the gift belongs to, then Accept it on Billing onto whichever organization they want. This is separate from referral rewards.

How to send a gift

From Refer (Instant). Open Refer, choose Or send a gift, enter the amount, email, and an optional message, then continue to checkout. That charge uses the card on your Personal workspace.

From Billing. Open Billing for the organization that should pay. Use Send a gift. The left sidebar shows which organization is selected. That organization’s card is charged.

Amounts are whole dollars from $5 to $500. You can send a gift to your own email. That still charges the selected card, emails you the claim link, and you can share that link or Accept the credit yourself.

How to claim a gift

We email the recipient Name sent you a $X gift on Worklittle with Claim your $X gift.

That link opens Log in. If you are not signed in, the heading is Log in to claim this gift. After you sign in, you get the same account picker as ChatGPT MCP. Choose which Worklittle account the gift belongs to, or Add an account. Close with the X. Clicking the background does not close it. Closing without picking leaves the gift unclaimed.

You can have more than one gift waiting. On Billing, pending gifts show at the top under Gifts, above organization credit. Each gift has its own Accept and Deny.

Picking an account reserves the gift for that account only. Someone else who opens the same link cannot take it.

Then open Billing. Switch to the organization that should receive the credit, then Accept. Deny releases the gift from your account so the claim link can be used with a different account.

Credit is not added until you Accept. Unused gifts refund to the sender after 30 days even if they were reserved and then denied, as long as nobody Accepted.

Refunds if unclaimed

If the gift is not Accepted within 30 days of payment, Worklittle refunds the original Stripe charge to the sender. We never add credit until Accept, and we do not refund a gift after it is accepted.

Expiry after claim

Claimed gift credit is usage credit on the organization you accepted onto. Unused remainder expires 365 days after the claim date. Expired gift credit is not paid out as cash and is not refunded to the sender.
