Prices are published in the docs so you can check them before you build anything. This article points you to the right page.

Where prices live

- Jobs pricing for AI token rates on the Jobs API and Jobs MCP tools - Business pricing for AI token rates on Work / Business Platform - Jobs rate limits and Business rate limits for free monthly quotas (job search, email, sandbox, and similar)

Pricing pages cover paid rates. Free quotas live on Rate limits. Usage accrues as amount owed on the organization wallet. We charge your card on the 1st of each UTC month if owed is at least $0.50, or sooner when amount owed reaches $20. For higher free quotas, email business@worklittle.com.

What is free vs what accrues

Job search, raw job detail, map, companies, emails, and most ATS tools are free within monthly quotas on Rate limits. First-time AI job-description generations include 100 free per organization per UTC day, then bill AI token rates. Platform AI chat and other AI token usage accrue amount owed on the active organization.

On the Jobs API, Apply with AI bills as AI token usage, and hosted apply is $0.01 per successful submit. Business Platform is mainly AI tokens. See Billing overview, Jobs pricing, and Business pricing.

Estimating a monthly bill

1. Read the token rates on the Jobs or Business pricing page. 2. Estimate how many model-backed calls you will make. 3. Add a margin for retries and testing. 4. Set a monthly limit slightly above that figure. See Spend limits.

Checking real numbers

Once you are live, the Usage dashboard shows what you actually spent, which is always better than an estimate.
