Offer letters and HR letters

Send offer letters, NDAs, policy acknowledgments, and other HR documents from templates, and download employment verification letters.

Documents has ready-made templates for the letters and agreements most teams send, plus an employment verification letter for every employee.

Open Documents, choose a template or New document, edit it, then Invite people to sign. See Document templates and E-sign documents.

Employment verification letters

Every employee has an Employment verification letter on their profile and on Documents. It fills in from their current role, dates, and pay, and downloads as a PDF or Word file for a landlord, lender, school, or immigration paperwork. Employees can download their own, so they don't need to ask HR.

Have chat draft it

Ask Business chat, for example "Draft an offer letter for Sam for the store manager role at $62,000." Review it before you send.
