Email preferences

Alerts, events, announcements.

You control exactly which emails Worklittle sends you, and you can change your mind at any time.

The three switches

| Setting | What you get |
| --- | --- |
| **Instant job alerts** | New roles that match the job title on your profile. |
| **Local events** | Meetups, hiring events, and things happening near you. |
| **Announcements** | Occasional product news and new features, including the welcome email about an hour after you sign up. |

Change them

1. Open Settings. 2. Scroll to the email section. 3. Flip any switch. It saves right away.

Turning everything off is completely fine. You will still get essential account email, such as sign in codes.

Unsubscribing from an email

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, including Instant and join invite emails. Manage emails opens the same switches, plus Unsubscribe under them. Unsubscribe is its own control. It stays on while you still want Worklittle emails, including invites from friends. Turn it off to unsubscribe. That also turns the other switches off. Turn it back on to subscribe to Instant job alerts, Local events, and Announcements again. Turning those three off yourself does not unsubscribe you, and friends can still send you invites.

If you got an invite and do not have a Worklittle account yet, Manage emails still lets you turn Announcements on, and Unsubscribe off to stop future invites. Instant job alerts and Local events appear after you create an account.

If you would rather keep alerts and drop announcements, flip only Announcements. You will still get essential account email, such as sign in codes.

For details on how alerts choose jobs, see Instant job alerts.
