Saved jobs overview
Your hiring pipeline in one place.
Saved jobs is every role you are interested in, in one place. On a computer it opens as a list. You can switch to Grid when you want the column board.
Open Saved
Go to Saved. On a phone, tap Saved in the bottom navigation. On a computer, select Saved in the sidebar. Guests can open the board; hearting a role still asks you to sign in.
Every role you have hearted appears here, along with roles you opened long enough to read (Viewed) and roles you skipped while browsing.
On a computer the default view is a list of job cards, with stage filters at the top. Long lists load a page at a time as you scroll.
List and Grid
Grid and List sit in the top-right of Saved, to the right of Share.
- List is the default. Filter by stage, then press and hold or right-click a card to move or delete it. - Grid is the column board. Drag cards between stages, and drag column headings to reorder them.
This browser remembers which view you last used. You can also open Grid directly at worklittle.com/saved?=grid.
Why it beats a spreadsheet
- Cards arrive automatically when you heart a job, with the details already filled in. - Roles you open for about a second show up under Viewed if they are not already elsewhere on the board. - You can see all your applications at once instead of hunting through email. - Roles that go quiet are obvious, which is your cue to follow up. - It is on every device you sign in on.
For how the columns work, see Pipeline stages explained.
A simple weekly routine
1. Move anything that progressed into its new stage. 2. Follow up on applications older than a week with no reply. 3. Add fresh roles by swiping to apply. 4. Move anything dead into Rejected or Withdrawn.
Fifteen minutes a week keeps the board trustworthy, and a trustworthy board is the one you will actually use.
