Saved jobs overview

Track every role you are interested in, from saved to offer, in one place.

Saved holds every role you are interested in. On a computer it opens as a list, and you can switch to Grid for the column board.

Open Saved

Go to Saved. On a phone, tap Saved in the bottom navigation. On a computer, select Saved in the sidebar. Guests can open the board, but hearting a role still asks you to sign in.

The board holds roles you hearted, roles you opened long enough to read (Viewed), and roles you skipped.

On a computer the default view is a list of job cards with stage filters at the top. Long lists load a page at a time as you scroll. Each card has Apply in the top right, as on Maps. It starts Apply with AI when the role supports it. If you already applied on Worklittle, it says Applied and opens that apply chat. Moving a card into Applied yourself does not change the button, because there is no chat to open.

List and Grid

Grid and List are in the top right of Saved, to the right of Share.

- List (default): filter by stage, then press and hold or right-click a card to move or delete it. - Grid: the column board. Drag cards between stages and drag column headings to reorder. Apply sits at the bottom right of each card, with company, location, and pay wrapping beside it.

This browser remembers your last view. Open Grid directly at worklittle.com/saved?=grid.

How cards get on the board

- Hearting a job adds a card with details already filled in. - Roles you open for about a second show under Viewed if they are not already elsewhere on the board. - All applications are visible at once, on every device you sign in on.

Weekly routine

1. Move anything that progressed into its new stage. 2. Follow up on applications older than a week with no reply. 3. Add fresh roles by swiping to apply. 4. Move dead roles into Rejected or Withdrawn.
