Chat is slow or shows an error

What to try when replies stall, fail, or hit a limit.

Most chat trouble comes from a flaky network, a busy generation, or an AI usage limit.

Quick checks

1. Refresh the page and try once more. 2. Confirm your internet connection is stable. 3. Wait for an in-progress reply to finish, or start a new chat if the thread looks stuck. 4. Check Service status if many people might be affected.

Limit and billing blocks

If you see the upgrade or plans screen, you hit a free AI limit. See Chat and AI limits.

If chat shows a billing block with Open Billing, fix the card or monthly cap. See Payment required messages.
