Skip vs Apply

What the Skip and Apply buttons on a job card do.

Skip removes a role from your browsing. Apply starts Apply with AI for that role.

Skip

Skip stops the role from showing up again. The employer never sees a skip.

Every skip lands in the Skipped column on your Saved board, so you can recover it. See Skipped jobs.

In ChatGPT or Claude, Skip keeps your place in the deck if you reload. When your Worklittle account is connected there, skips also land in Skipped.

Apply

Apply starts Apply with AI. Worklittle opens the company's real application in a cloud browser in chat, fills it from your resume, and sends it. You can watch and take control anytime. It works on more than 3 million open jobs. See Which jobs support Apply with AI.

- Have a current resume on file first. See Resume required before applying, or Create or edit a resume in chat. - Some jobs posted directly on Worklittle show Easy apply on the job page once the in-product form is ready. That form stays on the posting, separate from the card's Apply button. Use View original for the employer listing. - In ChatGPT or Claude you can search and skip without signing in. Apply may ask you to connect Worklittle, then show the resume upload window if you need one.
