Worklittle has two apps. One is for finding work, the other is for hiring.

Same company, same login, two different apps depending on which side of the hiring table you are sitting on.

worklittle.com is for finding work

This is the consumer app. Swipe through jobs, look at them on a map, save the good ones, let Apply with AI fill out and send applications (watch the cloud browser in chat anytime), and track everything you have applied to in one pipeline.

worklittle.com/business is for hiring and running a team

This is Worklittle Business. Post openings, review candidates, and manage the parts of a company that are not hiring, such as documents, calendars, employee surveys, and reimbursements.

Which one am I looking at?

Check the address bar. If the web address has /business after worklittle.com, you are in Worklittle Business. If it does not, you are in the job seeker app.

worklittle.com always opens the job seeker app. Worklittle Business is only at worklittle.com/business.

The two apps also look different. The job seeker app opens on job cards you swipe, with chat a tap away. Worklittle Business opens with a left sidebar full of company tools.

Can I use both?

Yes, and plenty of people do. A hiring manager who is also quietly looking around uses the same email in both places. Nothing you do on one side is visible on the other.

If you would rather keep the two completely separate, sign in with a different email for each and use account switching to move between them.
