AI brand images

Create or edit your logo or banner by describing what you want in chat.

If you do not have a designer available, you can create a logo or banner from scratch, or describe a change to an existing one, and the assistant will produce a new version.

Create from Organization

1. Open Organization. 2. Click the empty Logo or Banner field. 3. Choose Create with AI.... The chat composer gets a draft prompt using your brand name (or legal name if brand name is empty). 4. Send the message. The assistant generates via the brand image tool, then shows a preview and a confirmation card to apply it to your organization.

If you already have a logo or banner, click it and choose Edit with AI... instead.

How to ask in Chat

1. Open Chat in Worklittle Business, or start from Create/Edit with AI on Organization. 2. Describe what you want created or changed. 3. Review the preview it returns. 4. Accept the confirmation card to apply it to your organization, or ask for another round if it is not right.

Keep asking in the same conversation. The assistant works from the latest version it produced, so follow-up changes build on each other.

Prompts that work well

Take our current banner and make the background a deeper navy blue.
Keep the logo in the same position and the same size.
Create a square version of our logo with a transparent background,
suitable for a profile picture. Do not add any text.
Our banner feels crowded. Give it more empty space on the left side
so the headline text on our job board is easy to read.

What to include in your request

- The exact color, in words or as a hex code such as #0B2545 - What should stay the same, not just what should change - Where the image will be used, for example a job board header - Whether text should appear at all

Good practice

- Keep an original copy of your real logo outside Worklittle. - Check the result on both light and dark backgrounds before applying it. - If your company has brand guidelines, run the result past whoever owns them.
