Set up your job for local applicants

1. In Jobs, open the job and set the office or store where the work happens, not just a region. See Locations, salary, and workplace. 2. Choose On-site or Hybrid if the work is in person. 3. Set Visa sponsorship to match what you offer. 4. Publish as Public so the job appears on the map.

On Candidates, filter by Location to see people in a city or region. See Search and filter.
