What is Apply with AI?

Apply for jobs with one click. Upload your resume, tap Apply, and Worklittle fills out and submits the application for you, in a cloud browser you can watch.

Apply for jobs with one click. Upload your resume once, then tap Apply on a job. Worklittle opens the company's real application in a cloud browser in chat, fills it in, and submits it. You never have to answer questions or click Submit.

How it works

1. Upload your resume (first time only). 2. Pick a job and tap Apply. 3. An Applying with AI pill appears at the top of the screen and you stay where you were. Tap the pill to open the chat and watch. 4. Worklittle submits the application (Submit automatically is on). 5. The job shows as Applied on Saved.

You can watch the whole time and take control anytime, and you do not have to do either. It works on more than 3 million open jobs. Apply on Jobs, the job grid on Chat, or a job card in a chat reply starts the application for that card only. It does not search for other roles.

Watch or take control

The apply runs in a cloud browser inside chat, a live window of the real company page.

- Open the chat, or tap the Applying with AI pill, to watch each click and typed answer. - Tap Take control to click or type yourself. Tap Submit to hand back. Worklittle finishes any leftover fields and sends the application. - Uncheck Submit automatically on the pill to have this one application wait for you. Worklittle fills everything, then waits. Then tap Submit on the pill, or click Submit yourself on the live page. The default for new applications is Submit without confirmation in Profile settings. - If you come back after the live browser closed, tapping Submit refills the form from what was saved and sends it without asking again.

Change something while it applies

Type in the chat while the application is filling. Worklittle changes the form without starting over. Examples: "my neighbor Marcus Bell referred me", "I need a month of notice, not two weeks", "that answer sounds too fancy, make it normal".

If you send something unrelated, such as a new job search, the application pauses with your progress saved.

For answers every application should use (work authorization, sponsorship, languages, notice period, referrals), add them to More about you in Settings. Pay goes in Desired salary on the same page. In ChatGPT or Claude, ask the Worklittle app to save them.

Submit automatically

The default for new applications is Submit without confirmation under Applications in Profile settings. Each chat also has its own Submit automatically checkbox on the browser pill. Changing it there affects only that application, not Settings or your other chats.

What it uses about you

Your uploaded resume plus anything already on your profile (name, phone, school, and similar). Most recent employer and title come from the resume.

If those lines are missing (a thin resume, or an account with no work history), Worklittle fills the required boxes with N/A so Submit automatically can send instead of stopping to ask you.

Started from the API

If you start Apply with AI with a personal API key (REST, MCP, CLI, or SDK), the chat appears in Recents on worklittle.com with the job chip, live browser, and Saved In progress. It does not show in the floating Applying with AI pill, which is only for applies started in the app.

The chat is for watching and talking. Stop, take control, and submit stay in your API client. Company API keys do not open a consumer chat.

Replies from the employer

When you apply signed in, Worklittle can put a my.worklittle.com email on the form. Thank-you notes, interview invites, and other updates go to that address and are forwarded to your real inbox.

- The forwarded message shows the sender, a job card from Saved when it can be matched, and the employer's original email. - If Apply with AI applied for you, the email also shows up in that job's chat as "Company sent you an email". Tap Email to read it: it opens beside the chat on a computer and as a sheet on your phone. - To stop those updates, write the original sender. Worklittle cannot unsubscribe you from their mail. - When a reply clearly says you were rejected, invited to interview, or offered the job, Worklittle moves that job on Saved to Rejected, Interview, or Offer. It does this only when the email names the company and the role you tracked, and only moves a job forward. You can still drag any job to another stage.

Limits

- It does not invent jobs or degrees you never had. - It does not apply to jobs you did not pick. - It does not make you fill the employer form yourself on the 3 million+ jobs that support Apply with AI. - It cannot record a video of you answering employer questions. Chat says so and links you to the employer site. - It does not make up documents or records. If the employer requires a transcript, references, publications, a teaching or research statement, a certificate, a licence, or an ID, chat lists exactly what is required and links you to the employer site.
