Share your job search history

Send your board to someone, and read it yourself.

Your Saved board is the record of your whole search. You cannot download it as a file, but you can send someone a link to it and you can read a lot from it yourself.

There is no file to download

Worklittle does not turn your Saved board into a spreadsheet or a PDF. If you were hoping for an export button on the board, that does not exist today.

Two things do exist and cover most of what people want:

- A share link to the live board, described below. - Export all data in account settings, which is an account-wide copy rather than a tidy report of your applications.

Share a link instead

1. Open Saved. 2. Select Share. 3. The link is copied for you. 4. Send it to whoever needs to see it.

Anyone with the link can open the board in a browser without signing in, and nobody can change anything. Links last about a month. Full detail in Share your Saved board.

For a coach, a mentor, or a family member, a live link is usually better than a file anyway, because it stays current.

If someone needs proof of applications

Some agencies and programmes ask for evidence that you have been applying. Send the share link, and take screenshots of the board if they need something they can file.

Your Applied column and its dates are the part they usually care about, so it is worth keeping cards moved over promptly. See Move jobs between stages.

Learn from your own board

Read it now and then with honest eyes:

1. How many applications turned into interviews? 2. Which industries replied fastest? 3. Which roles went quiet, and what did they have in common?

Describe what you see to chat and ask what to change. It is one of the most useful conversations you can have mid-search. See Tips for better answers.
