Customize your Business home

Add, move, resize, and remove the widgets under the chat box on your Business home.

The Business home shows widgets under the chat box, like your calendar, new applicants, notifications, and what is new at Worklittle. You choose which ones show and how big they are. Your layout is saved to your account for each organization.

How the home is laid out

Widgets sit in one grid under the chat box. Small half-height widgets, like PTO left or open jobs, can go anywhere, and the first row starts with four of them, ending with Edit widgets. A dashed plus tile at the end of the grid adds more.

Each widget comes in the sizes that suit it, from a quarter of the row up to the full width, and some come tall. On a phone, they are half or full width. Smaller widgets show fewer items, and bigger ones show more.

Move, resize, or remove widgets

Right-click a widget on a computer, or press and hold it on a phone, to open its menu. Pick a size from the row at the top, choose Edit widgets, or choose Remove widget.

To rearrange several at once:

1. Tap Edit widgets, press and hold any empty spot on the page, or hold a widget and start dragging, until the widgets wiggle. 2. Drag a widget to a new spot. The others slide out of the way.

Widgets are for glancing. Tapping one opens that page, like Calendar or the candidate you tapped. 3. Drag the rounded grey corner at the bottom right of a widget to make it bigger or smaller. It snaps to the sizes that widget supports. 4. Tap the minus in the top left corner to remove a widget. 5. Tap Done, press Escape, or tap an empty space to finish.

Add a widget

1. Tap the dashed plus tile at the end of the grid. 2. Pick a suggested widget, search, or choose an app like Calendar or Candidates to see all of its widgets. 3. On a computer, click any preview to add it in that size. On a phone, tap an app, swipe through its widgets, and tap Add Widget. Widgets already on your home say Pinned.
