Business chat assistant

Ask the employer assistant to do the work for you.

Chat is the first item in Worklittle Business sidebar. You can ask it questions about your data and ask it to make changes for you.

What you can ask for

- Posting jobs: draft a description and publish it - Candidates: summarize applicants, compare them, move them between stages - Surveys: build questions and share the result - Documents: write a policy or an offer letter - Automations: lay out a workflow on the canvas - Reports: pull a table of jobs, candidates, or employees

Getting better answers

- Say who the output is for, such as a hiring manager or a candidate. - Give the constraints up front, such as the location, the level, and the pay range. - Ask for a specific format, such as a table or five bullet points. - If the first answer is close, reply with one correction rather than starting over.

Ready-made prompts

Copy-and-paste prompts for common employer tasks are collected in the Business prompt guide.

Check before you send

The assistant drafts quickly, but you are the one publishing. Read job descriptions, offer letters, and candidate messages before they go out. If an answer looks wrong or unsafe, report it. See Chat reports.
