Clearer job posts

Every job post is tidied into the same clear sections, so you find what matters fast.

Job posts are often long, messy, and full of fine print. Worklittle cleans each one up and puts it in the same order every time, so you can find the pay, the hours, and the perks in seconds.

The same sections on every job

Open any job and you will see sections like these, in this order when the post has them:

| Section | What you find there |
| --- | --- |
| **Responsibilities** | What you will do day to day |
| **Minimum Qualifications** | What you need to have |
| **Preferred Qualifications** | Nice to have, but not a deal breaker |
| **Schedule** | Shifts, hours, and days |
| **Perks and Benefits** | Health insurance, time off, discounts, and more |
| **Work Environment** | Where you work and what the job asks of you physically, like lifting or standing |
| **Why Work Here** | What the company says makes it a good place to work |
| **Work Authorization & Clearance** | Visa, citizenship, background check, or clearance needs |
| **Accommodations** | How to ask for help applying if you need it |

Headings that companies word differently, like "Essential Job Functions" or "What We Offer", are put under the right section.

Less clutter

Worklittle removes the bits that get in the way, like store codes, empty bullet points, leftover form labels, and "text us to apply" sign-up lines. Benefits that were buried in the middle of a paragraph get their own section.

Filters that understand jobs better

The Experience and Job type filters on Jobs and Maps got smarter:

- Manager roles and titles with level numbers, like "Engineer II", land at the right experience level. - Part-time, full-time, seasonal, per diem (PRN), and internship jobs are recognized from the job title. - Jobs that list a yearly salary count as full-time.

So when you pick "Part-time", you see part-time jobs.

The original is one tap away

Worklittle never changes what the job is. To read the company's own wording, open the posting from the job page. See Job detail pages.
